After a delayed opening...PIG opened the doors again on Thursday December 6th showing off the beautiful new creations of her talented artists.  Here are just a few images of pieces that are still available to fulfill wishes on your Christmas list.  We'll have some new kelp weavings in from Grant Warrington next weekend...your last weekend before Christmas. :)

When I look at all the wonderful artwork by our talented Piers Island artists I can't help but hum...here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus! :)  We do try and keep the artist pages updates with new work and prices, but if there's anything you see that strikes your fancy and you'd like more information, please contact us.  We can arrange delivery before Christmas for you.  

PIG will be open by appointment Monday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.  We hope to open Saturday December 23rd - but weather conditions may prevent this.  A small hazard of island living with the holidays approaching.

But it always sneaks up on us and every year we seem amazed how suddenly it is the week before Christmas with so much to do!  PIG is here to help you find awesome gifts for everyone on your list.  We've asked our artists to bring us small works for December, but as soon as they are in - you'll see them on our Facebook page. :)

We also have framed print works by Misha Smart & Garth Irvine for under $100, and handmade cutting/charcuterie & cheese boards by James Roggeveen.  We'll have the PIG's own Roggeveen board loaded with goodies for your shopping enjoyment on Saturday November 11th 2 - 4 pm.  Perhaps something to wet your whistle as well. ;)  

From kelp weavings & textile works to original oils & acrylics, we have something to offer every art lover.  We also accept letters to send to your Santa with your wishes and we use express post, as in many cases - there is only one original piece! 

Also on hand will be the PIA desk and wall calendars for 2018, perfect stocking stuffers for the whole family. 

Long weekends are a busy time for friends and families and if you bring yours to Piers, pop by PIG and have a look.  New work is coming and going all the time, so there is likely something new for you to see.
